No service unable to open the saved file

i had a problem with opening the MDB file that i had backed and saved. I tried several viewers
and they could not recognize the file. I emailed supporting they told to buy prime support they would help open the file.Why should I pay to have to open a file.They want $100 and they don’t guarantee they can help.I am so disappointed by CobbySoft media. They don’t care about their customers. I feel extorted. Don’t buy this app
